Arm-ECS PhD student received ISLPED 2019 Best Paper award

Congratulations to Arm-ECS PhD student Ben Fletcher, who received the Best Paper Award at ISLPED 2020

Held between the 29th and 31st of July at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, the International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED) is the premier international forum for presenting research on low power circuit design and CAD. This year, the conference attracted over 165 submissions of which, 39 were selected for presentation at the conference, including our submission “A Low-Energy Inductive Transceiver Using Spike-Latency Encoding for Wireless 3D Integration”.

Out of these 39 submissions, we were delighted that our paper (which outlines a low-energy time-domain transceiver for communicating data between layers of a 3D-Stacked integrated circuit), was selected for the best paper award, presented during the ISLPED gala dinner held at the Musee Olympique.
