Reuben co-founded Future Worlds and is currently Principal Enterprise Fellow for the Faculty of Physical Sciences and Engineering. He is a serial entrepreneur, having started a number of companies including a successful university spinout, Joulo Ltd, which was acquired in 2014. Reuben also runs the Future Worlds Incubator which commercialises promising university research.

Engages with external companies to perform consulting activities and licensing of successful commercial IP. Graduated from the University of Southampton winning many awards in 2001 and completed his PhD in analogue and mixed signal IC design in 2004. For the last ten years he has straddled industry and academia with involvement in a number of companies including his own, and over 20 publications in leading conferences and journals.
